17^th Annual Benefit Hockey Tournament In support of Compassion 365
(Formerly known as The Five With Drive Foundation)

Cost: $950.00 per team, 3 games minimum
Cost: $80.00 per single player
Time: The first team hits the ice at 6:00pm
Location: Clippers Sports Complex, 120 Weldon Road, Stouffville

For teams that register early and send us your team roster, we can add your team’s name with all players’ names to the on-line fundraising. This makes fundraising easier and family and friends that make a donation will receive their receipts instantly. This would be a great benefit to everyone. We are working on some amazing prizes that will be handed out to the top team and top individual fundraiser as well as some great raffle prizes.
AWARDS

Top Fundraiser – The individual who raises the most money in pledges will receive a fabulous gift.
Top Fundraising Team – The team that raises the most money in pledges will receive a $100.00 gift certificate to a local restaurant.
Top Team – The winning team will receive a prize for each person on the team.
Spirit Award – This award is given to the woman who through her actions on and off the ice represents the true meaning of this tournament. Their wonderful spirit can be seen in the way they play and in the tremendous effort they put forth in helping a great cause.

Extraordinary times – Based on recent developments relating to the Coronavirus (COVID19),
we will be CANCELLING the tournament this year.

Five with D.R.I.V.E. Foundation Compassion 365 ( 5WD) is a Markham based charity organization founded by the Rossi family.   We are a credited charity registered with CRA, # 824205926 registered since 2007.

We, (5WD) are raising awareness and raising funds regarding our “Action for Autism” initiative.  The funds raised will be going towards I.B.I. therapy for those in need of this therapy.  A generous portion will be donated on behalf of the Riccuiti family who is currently seeking assistance regarding therapy for their son.  

5WD, volunteers,  and the Riccuiti family is planning an outdoor family event July 2018.  At this time we are respectfully asking  you, your organization or business to consider contributing in any way,  either funds, services or products towards this worthy cause.  We cannot do this alone, together we can make a difference.   A charitable tax receipt will be issued for donations.
